How to verify a casino and escalate a complaint

1. Verify the licenceSearch the operator's company name or licence number in the official UKGC register. The footer of a licensed casino site must state the same licence details.
2. Complain to the casino firstRegulators require you to exhaust the operator's own complaints process before escalating. Keep the ticket number and correspondence.
3. Escalate to UKGCIf the casino does not resolve the complaint, escalate it to UK Gambling Commission (or the ADR body it designates). Unresolved payment disputes and licence breaches are exactly what the register exists for.
